I have booked yashogopal resortico for **th-**dec ****.
I was denied by the hotel after reaching the hotel in evening and the said that they have blocked Agoda and not accepting any booking from your portal and are fully booked.My payment is deducted and I have received a confirmation of booking from Agoda on my refrence booking I'd *********.
I with my * family members was out on roads for * hours . With no alternate left nearby and headed back to home. This was very terrible experience I faced do take the necessary action asap and don't recommend to book again with Agoda anymore
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
