Lafir Sha filed complaint against Airtel on Oct 10, 2020
I applied for Airtel Xtream Fiber Internet Broadband connection on *th October **** and i submitted all the document and as well paid amount of Rs.**** (* months advance rental pack).
Before paying the money i asked multiple times to supporting executive he also confirmed feasibility.
But as of now they are not given the connection to me. When ever I called them the technical person responding me in rude manner "It will take more days to fix the problem, if you have urgent talk to zonal manager i will given his number".
This is the egoist problem between two team. why making suffering customer.
Airtel is not capable to handle the customer, poor customer care

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
