With regards to my Go First flight from Ahdbto Goa getting non operational airlines had refunded Rs**** to my MMT wallet. To which MMt refunded onky Ra **** and deducted **** for a flight that had become non operational.
A guy from call center committed me full refund and assured of **** will be refunded back to me within ** hours which is still not done.
Its been ** days that i have been emailing but no one is even responding or refunding my deducted Rs ****
Had alwys been MMT user but this time its the worst experience of my life.
I urge action against the responsible one for this and get me a call
