Hi,
yesterday I booked online a deluxe room in a hotel that named "Fab hotel Oasis Yellow Courtyard, Bhopal" through "Agoda". And I paid **** INR for two nights **/**/**** to **/**/****.
but they were given a very dirty and small room. its looks like a servant quarter. as you can see in the video.
So we booked another hotel in MP Nagar , Bhopal.
when I am requesting them to refund my money , now they denied.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
