I booked a return travel through makemytrip for my australia travel from india. There fare was most competetive on skyscanner for my given dates. But after booking only I got to know that my return flight checked baggage allowance is *kg lesser than onward flight. Just to keep their price competetive on the skyscanner they booked me in lite category without my consent. Due to this I had to buy extra * kg in my return flight. When I contacted then they simply said that we can't help and I need to buy extra luggage.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
