Dell India Private Limited - Cheating case by Dell not responding not refunding not replacing laptop

I purchased a Dell Vostro **** laptop in Feb **** by making payment at the Dell Stores, Sadashivanagar, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Since day one of the purchase I have been facing heating issues and automatic restart of the system. I also faced a lot of blue screen error messages. The laptop would get restarted automatically when it was not being used (locked). I have lost so much of data because of this. It has also affected my performance in my professional life. When inquired at the Dell stores they told me to update the drivers which I did and the issue never got resolved. I contacted the Dell Tech support team multiple times. I was adviced to reinstall the OS to resolve the restart issue. I followed their instructions and reinstalled the windows OS. The issue still persisted. After raising the complaint * times and having a telephonic session * times, each spanning for * hours the issue has still not been resolve. I have hardly used the laptop except to resolve issues. Initially they told it's an update issue, then software issue, then driver issue now they are telling hardware issue. What is the guarantee that another issue won't come up after replacing any of the parts? It is an expensive laptop which I have hardly used for day properly ! They kept on repeating the same instructions and diagnosis steps, wasted the warranty period and just played a cheap trick to kill the time. The issue has still not been resolved and they are not agreeing for a refund. I need justice for my hard earned money, time and energy spent by investing on it. I am totally frustrated with their service. Please help!
