Devanshi filed complaint against Swiggy on Sep 3, 2018
i had ordered food from swiggy ,typed correct address but the app pinned it wrong and shiwed delivery address * km away from actual location i typed.I was unaware of it.When i realised it,i called swiggy delivery executive ,explained him the mishap and told him that he has already crossed my home,so he needs to take a u-turn,and come back.The guy was well read nd started telling me that i will only deliver if I pay him,I called swiggy and told them about this.Swiggy said the guy will come and and deliver ,do not pay him.He came after one hour , and he was just *** m from my place.and demanded money and wont give me my food.After this i told him to leave and he left without giving me my order.When i called swiggy back and narrated them this,they called that executive back and asked ‘Did you deliver ?” And the guy lied straight to face and said ‘yes’.So this customercare lady ,instead of doing further inquiry in the matter,tell to me” my executive is sating otherwise,i wont belive you “”.She implied that i lying for *** bucks,instead of helping me she sided with that guy and said nothing will be done,I felt that i was robbed in full day light and being called a liar out on my face.I was in call from **.** in night to **am .And it was such a horrible exprience,I never felt to helpless and unheard in a situation.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
