I booked a room for **th Jan I hotel Oyo maitri park, Chembur for over ****rs,for one night for me anfmy wife. What was shown in photos and actual were totally different. Then I asked for change They gave hotel Neelkamal their flagship hotel again in Chembur, Bombay. For Rs. ****break fast includes.*) The hotel did not have Thermos to serve tea. *)no cloth hangers *) no shower curtain *) no teapoy, no sofa. They brought a sofa chair. It was so big it block movement. Complimentary breakfast had only *items,puri and Amlet bread. The room was so small and without basic needs. It should have cost Rs. ****Iin any lodging. They do not have a restaurant. I have complained right from the time we got inside the room. I have been stone walled in spite of talking to their seniord
