This is regarding hotel booking done for **-**-**** to **-**-**** through the website of Easemytrip. When we reached the hotel we were pushed out of the hotel saying there was no available room which was decent enough to stay. The hotel cancelled our booking. When we informed this to Easemytrip, they said they will call us in half an hour multiple times but never did. We tried to call them four times and explain our situation to refund the money back. They kept saying they will provide us with alternative but never did and all of this while we were stranded on the roadside.
I consider this extremely unprofessional and want the refund of the hotel amount paid as we never got a room.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
