Amazon - Cheating by Amazon

Dear Team,
On **-May-****, i have ordered order# ***-*******-******* having "Wireless Candy Keyboard And Mousse", but the cheater seller has sent us a useless Pubg mobile controller worth Rs ***/- instead of keyboard & mouse. We have raised return request but the seller keep on rejecting the order. This seller is a compete cheater. I have informed Amazon Customer care as well but there is no response from them regarding this issue.I am expecting a full refund of the amount Along with a strong action against the seller for playing such cheap tricks with the loyal Amazon Customers. This act of seller is not acceptable and demotivation with respect to online purchasing. As a customer i believe amazon as a professional e-commerce business which has ethics and provides safety to their customers but i can see Amazon has missed both of them in my scenario. There was no help i received from the customer care center and also no action is taken against the seller as well.
I demand an explanation and also immediate refund of the amount against this order.
