arsh mittal filed complaint against PayTM on May 20, 2017
I have purchased iPhone * plus from paytm. My order number is **********. I have paid Rs.***** from My Credit Card to order iPhone. I received iPhone on Date **th may ****. but the iPhone box I received is already opened ie : their is no seal on the box . when I open the box their is iPhone inside the box and in new condition but the accessories of iPhone were missing from the box. then I immediately call paytm customer care they told me to wait for ** to ** hr they will send my accessories. they also told me to send snaps of the product which I have send to their mail from their I received a complaint number : ********. but ** hours passed away but their is no response from their side then after that I tweeted them on Twitter regarding matter then I received a call they told me to mark a replacement request they will replace my iPhone with sealed new iPhone . I also done that but after that their is no progress from their side. they always told me to wait for ** hours but they do not do anything . they cheated me paytm is a fraud company . kindly help me out to get my accessories from paytm .
