Opulentus Overseas Careers - Cheated money by giving wrong promise

I was promised by the Ms. Archana - Sales Team that Opulentus will definetly help me with some solution to initiate the Aus immigration inspite of my competent score in ielts. She asked me to pay **, ***/- for the further process & solutions. Believing her words & also considering the review from net, I paid them the required amount. But after paying the amount they started insisting me to write the ielts & * in each band. Even before signing the agreement, I have clearly informed them that I attempted ielts * times & was able to score only *.* score in writing. They promised me that they will help me with some solutions to get the PR without concentrating much on ielts, but for that i need to pay them *st.
When they were not able to provide me with solution other than writing ielts (which they actually promised) & I asked them to refund the amount. By that time Ms. Archana resigned & were not ready to take the responsibility. I spoke with the Sales team Ms Sindhu & her manager for the refund but they were giving all stupid excuses. Its been * yrs now & they haven't come back.
Moreover, they have closed my account without any prior information. I have been trying to reach them from past * weeks and every time I was told that there will be a call back from the respective person but I haven't received any calls yet.
