Harsh Batra filed complaint against Goibibio on Apr 15, 2019
I booked a return ticket for Delhi-Singapore from Goibibo on Dec *, ****. Total cost was *****/-. On **/**/**, Goibibo informed me on the message that the flight have been cancelled and I should reach out to Jet Airways to resolve my issue. I filed an issue with jet airways grievance portal and they responded that Goibibo needs to cancel/refund my tickets since this flight was booked by them. I had to do alternate travel arrangements for my travel.
Now Goibibo sent me a mail saying I was a no-show for the flight which they already claimed that it has been cancelled. This is pure cheating. I would like to file a complaint against Goibibo for same.
My Booking ID with Goibibo was - GOFLIa**************. Details of the invoice attached for reference.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
