Hello voxya!

I have had ordered the product Fitzon PVC **KG COMBO* Home gym Dumbbells & Fitness Kit with sub order I’d: :*********** at July *st I didn’t get the item delivered so I canceled it with the reference no:********. They accepted the cancellation request and initiated refund which i didn’t get till now after this they have started a new drama today that the item is not eligible for cancellation then why they accepted at first and why I didn’t get item till know.i want file a compliment against Snapdeal for more compensation due to loss of my time and efforts to reache them
Help me how to proceed?
