I ordered pinapple cake with cherry toppings cake through igp.com(online cake delivery website)on * Jun **. But the cake which I have received was not exactly what I have ordered. There was no cherry on the toppings. It's just look like white forest cake.
The cake cost was *** and I have paid through online......I raised complaint regarding asked for reason and asked to compensate by refunding half of that cake price.....sent * mails but no response from that team.
Then they asked me to take complimentary chocolate as a compensate of that fault but I denied. Then they said they will let me know the next what they could do but still I didn't get any mail from their side.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
