I connected with Online Legal India in the case of regading my bank, which was not given regidtry paper after NOC in April ****. Initially OLI (online legal India) proceeds the legal notice. Then I approached OLI for the filing of a case against the housing finance company. Now the situation is that no hearing has happened till date, and even i am not aware who is handling this case Initially, one advocate, Kishita Luthra, was assigned, but she left in between. Again, they assigned one advocate, Hari Mohan, but he was not aware of the case. They told me that hearing will be on **st November; after that, they called that some strike was in court, so hearing didn't happen. They have taken ***** as a fee, and I have also paid Kishita Luthra **** for the court's mislenious expenses. I feel cheated , No one is giving a clear answer Please help .
