I booked * rooms in hotel Corus Hyde park London through Makemy trip, the booking was non refundable the dates were for ** th to ** th October ****, but while booking through makemy trip App the month somehow got entered as November instead of October, as there is no safe guard in the app to check the deatails before the payment , the booking was made for ** to ** th November instead of ** th to ** th October by paying RSVP ***** through credit card through the app. But within * minutes I realised the mistake and called the Mmt customer care and made a complaint to Chenge the date as this was a typo. They agreed and took the complaint. I left for London the same night. I was unable to contact Mmt by phone from UK in their customer care so I asked my son to follow up with them with he did regularly and they promised it will be sorted out and as they had done the booking through Expedia they have to get it done through them. Then they said that Expedia is not agreeing for the change. Meanwhile as I was already staying at the same hotel in London from **th October I spoke to the hotel reservation and they said they cannot make changes from their said and Expedia has to get it done and they have no objectio. When the same was conveyed to mmt and then Expedia through them these company's kept on delaying a solution till ** th October and then sent me a mail that it cannot be done as the hotel refused .so in the end I have lost Rs *****. I feel I have been cheated of Rs***** by mmt and Expedia and I want a refund of this money also my trip to London got totally spoilt by this affair resulting in waste of my quality time in London corresponding with mmt and hotel staff
