Nykaa has always disappointed when it comes to offers and free product. I had placed an order. Order no. NYK-********-*******. In the offer, it's mentioned free lipstick on any order. No amount to get a free lipstick with any purchases of the product. I have not received anything only * product which I ordered. In my past orders, the same thing was repeated with one of the soap purchases. Are these offers fake? Why do they make false promises and offers when they don't wish to send them? I wish to receive the offered product. Please help in making it delivered.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
