We purchased KIA Sonet recently on Nov *th **** at Epitome kia , Whitefield branch Bangalore Karnataka, India.
The issue here is , showroom people are not giving the add-ons(extended warranty worth of Rs : **,***)after the car delivery whatever they promised before the delivery.
Me and my brother went to the showroom on **th october morning to discuss the car price in person with the sales person ( Suma Gowda).The actual onroad price for the car as per the showroom with add-ons ( excluding only my convininace ) is Rs **.** lakh, after negotians in person, she convinced to give the car for **.** lakh.
same day evening again we negotiated the final price from **.** lakh to **.** lakh ( as we are getting same variant grey color for **.**lakh in other show room)
She asked the on road price breakup in the other show room, we mentioned they are giving everything whatever you are giving except my convininace.
She told she will call back to me once discuss with their higher officials.
After ** min she called back to me and told **.** lakh is the final onroad price with additional discount. Then we said ok and paid the booking amount for the car(on road price **.**lac) with all benifits whatever they are promised to give at price Of **.** lakh.
After the payment done we got the details in app
Where the extended warranty details are not updated . We took the screenshot in the mobile and shared with the sales person asked about that issue.she told extended warranty is not updated sir (we have whatsapp chat proof for this).
At the time of delivery as well We asked sales person about extended warranty she mentioned we will provide soon.
After * week still it's not updated ,we called to sales person and they are telling that we haven't purchased the extended warranty.
we are not getting any reply from the sales person whenever we tried to reach her(suma gowda) to get the extended warranty. We have spoken with sales team leader Pawan, customer care manager Rajtha. No one is helping us with extended warranty.
This what they are doing ,they promised before the payment and delivery. Now they are informing us like we didn't purchase the extended warranty and they are asking money to get the extended warranty.
We have proofs of call recordings with sales person and WhatsApp charts regarding that
