Sidra Adil filed complaint against Zivame on Apr 7, 2018
Having received the Zivame offer SMS for "Buy * Get *", I walked into the Zivame store: Shop No. **/**, Banaswadi Layout, Maruti Seva Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka ****** to make a purchase. Upon querying the salesperson regarding the above offer, I was informed that the offer is available.
I selected three products and proceeded for billing. While processing the bill, I observed the saleswomen facing issues with the billing.
They informed me that the promotional offer has been taken off the website and has been changed to a flat discount promo instead. Certain products were available on a discount. I tried to pick the maximum products with the promo, for which I picked various products and asked them to check the discounted price.
This process prolonged for quite sometime as they claimed that the offer has changed each time I made a change in the purchase. Finally, I was informed that one product is available at a flat **% discount and the rest are on MRP, so I purchased three products.
I got in touch with the Zivame customer care because I received an SMS with the same promo. Upon explaining the issue, the executive asked for the order/invoice number from the receipt which to my surprise was unavailable. The customer care team promised on resolving the issue within **-** hours but they got to a final conclusion after * days. The regional manager called me up to discuss the issue and claimed that there were technical issues and that the offers at Zivame keep changing. I questioned the personnel on how it was possible for a offer available on a particular day to disappear or change when I chose to bill the selected products, and return the next day. They were just diplomatic and did not even accept their mistake let alone resolve my issue.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
