I have buyed a mobile from amazon real me * ** gb not even one month the display went blank. I’ve kept my mobile in my mother’s bag and screen guard is placed when returned to home in car I checked for mail from my company but the display is blank I tried switched off the mobile again I’ve faced the same problem
Then I’ve read the terms and conditions from Amazon and I’ve contacted that you’ve have to call realme customer care then I’ve placed an call me service it was done perfectly then then they called me and telling me to pay **** for display damage as the item is physical damage
Not even single scratch in mobile and screen guard but the item is physical damage
They have not given good product
My money went in vain
