I have proof regarding all. I have paid swiggy *** Rs using google pay on *th and the order didn't even appear. The chat support told me in *-* days it will be given. After * days I again asked why it didn't come. They wasted ** mins by sending automated messages and finally told me to wait for * days. After * days again I approached the chat support they said waiting for * days more and exited the chat.
I tried once more and then realised the chat support is doing on purpose. I was made to wait ** mins more and finally, he said it was refunded * days back and sorry I can't help when I asked if my *** Rs will ever be returned I have a proof off my bank stating *** Rs was debited to swiggy and no money has been credited back. Please help me
