Nargis . filed complaint against Act Fibernet on Mar 19, 2023
I got services from Act last year and used services until my plan got expired when I noticed my broadband is still active even I nwver asked to activate when I came to know I disconnected services at the moment now I have reconnected the services again and they gave me a plan of *** rs however they charged me for **** rs ridiculous. When I got the services last year I paid **** for three months plan I didn't used service a single day after expiration of my plan and now they are overcharging me.
