I wanted to take a room for * month (**th Feb - **th March ****). I checked colive property via virtually. I was told that during the complete duration of stay i will be charged *****, that is what we agreed upon and deposit of ***** which will be completely refunded. Now they are saying i will have to pay **** for Feb and ***** for March which ***** in total and also they are saying that **% money of deposit will be deducted as maintenance. Which wasn't communicated in the beginning and that is not what we agreed. I have the screenshots of the WhatsApp messages. On raising the question they aren't resolving this issue rather asking me to pay the money. Top of this, the property is newly built one so not much facilities is provided here.
