I have ordered food from Zomato and the delivery partner not providing the delivery at my door step all though Zomato has charged delivery fees from me but not providing delivery at my door step they want me to step down into the delivery even if I have paid for the delivery similar kind of issue in my previous order where they have not provided any cutlery and when I race the I raise the issue Zomato said sorry for the inconvenience and now also they are saying sorry for the inconvenience but they are charging it is not fair if you are charging for a service you must provide your sorry for inconvenience is not satisfactory for us because we are paying for the services
