Amit filed complaint against Yatra on May 14, 2023
I had booked a flight ticket on Yatra on **th May from Mumbai to Bangalore on ** May. Within ** hours of the booking i had via mail requested for re-scheduling; there is a policy for rescheduling within ** hours. While I got a reply they were working on it saw no action for ** days. Today when I reached out to them; while they agree it is there mistake they (customer care) belives there hands are tied. As next step i have paid the money for re-scheduling the flight; however want the money back since the error is not in my end
