Mamata filed complaint against Ola on Oct 1, 2021
Charged without taking ride on **th September ****, Driver asked OTP on call since I told him I am on the way in a building elevator and i will be in the cab within a minute he said, i will be charged extra if he is waiting for too long. I trusted and gave him the OTP, within a min he completed ride and ran away, I have made several calls to OLA customer care on **th September, **th September and on **th of September, finally i could raise complaint on **th. I get response saying I was late to complain and they are not able to verify the same. Hence they are changing me OLA postpaid money. If i am fail to pay by *nd of october i will be charged late payments fees.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
