Hi sir,
Myself Haridass,
I've been asked to pay *** by rapido, i paid *** incl tip via gpay and unfortunately the payment got struck and I was rudely asked by the captain to pay again, which I did again for *** itself, but later that day the payment I first did also got debited and I asked him to refund the same,which he after numerous painstaking attempts by me refunded the amount. He refunded only partial payment of my money. Saying that he took the remaining for late payment, which I never did.
All I'm asking through this mail is kindly refund my money back.
As soon as possible and right action against the driver.
