Nagendra Jupudy filed complaint against Airtel on Dec 24, 2018
Hello
I have recharged *** with airtel and transaction got failed, so i called to customer care and asked that is it true or not and they confirmed that it got failed and make one more recharge. I have done one more recharge of *** and it was successful. At the end of day whem i checked my balance both the transactions was successful.
As the customer support said it got failed and i have recharged again it was a fraud or cheating from the company to give wrong statements. Regarding this i have contacted company they said simply sorry amd they cannot refund even it is their miatake.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
