Makemytrip india Pvt Ltd - Charged more than double for Hotel Booking

I booked my hotel stay at Udaan Dekeling Resort on Darjeeling for **th Dec - *nd Jan ****. While making the booking through Makemytrip, i was charged **,*** for it. When checking out at the hotel, i was told that my total booking charges were actually **,***. I had to pay the balance to check out of the hotel. When i called up Makemytrip support, they said the additional charges were for food & disconnected the call. The hotel said if there were any issues, they will refund the amount but since then they have been avoiding my calls and Makemytrip has closed my complaint. I cannot reach out to them to register a new complaint or provide feedback on the closed one.
