Aishwarya Singh filed complaint against Ola on May 3, 2021
I took an Ola Cab from New Delhi Railway station to Gurgaon yesterday at **:** PM. The expected fare was Rs. *** but the driver charged me *** more, that is, Rs. ***.
I was travelling alone hence fearing my security I did not argue or fight and paid Rs. ***
I would like you to look into this issue and provide me a refund of Rs. ***
I am attaching the bill and the amount I paid below.
I request you to please resolve my issue and take strict action against the driver.
