I am writing to bring to your notice that I have been wrongly charged for goods. I purchased some clothes from Reliance trends today and was charged Rs. * for the paper bring which endorses their brand name on it. With effect from April ****, this should not be charged for. However, it seems like the retailers have still not taken this into consideration. I also noticed this was not only for me but all the customers buying from that store. I am attaching the bills from today, it clearly shows "trends" carry bag on it.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
