OLA - Charged Govt Toll multiple times incorrectly

A few days ago, I booked an Ola ride from Bangalore city to the airport. During the journey, we encountered a toll booth where a fee of Rs. *** was applicable. To my surprise, I noticed that I was charged the toll amount three times, totaling Rs. ***, instead of just once as expected.

Since discovering this overcharge, I have been trying to reach out to Ola through various channels in an attempt to resolve the issue. However, I have not received any response from the company thus far. The lack of a dedicated customer care helpline has made it extremely challenging to address my concerns effectively.

Adding to the problem, the Ola driver did not stop the ride after reaching the destination and continued traveling, resulting in an inflated fare. Despite explaining this to Ola, they have been unwilling to adjust the fare accordingly.
