I just got activated the Rs. *** Plan for international roaming. When i returned back, the airtel charged me Rs. ***/ day for one week. The Airtel charged approx. Rs.****/- extra and even the executive at airtel store accepted the fault in billing. But till date the complaint has not been resolved.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
