i have used amazon.in and have a wish list that the public use to send me dog food. I look after stray dogs and pups. I have never had an issue when the wrong items have been shipped etc the customer service have been very helpful. I paid *** for a pack of ** drools dog food and at the last delivery date today recieved one packet. I opened and showed the courier. The customer service response was appalling they are forcing me to wait another ** days while they INVESTIGATE are refusing to have the package returned as sent and giving me no way to prove my side. Dogs will go hungry these are lives. I am very very sad.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
