Swiggy - Charged extra stating its raining however it was not

Swiggy charged me extra stating it was raining, however it was a bright sunny day. I raised a complaint through chat, they say it's charged to encourage their delivery partner to come for work. It is complete swiggy who has to deal with it, not that they will charge their customers extra by cheating n lying. Swiggy is fraud they r not even willing to resolve instead jus apologised and says in future it won't happen.

How can they give such a lame excuse to their valued customers. It's pathetic.
