Description: I took a uber ride from my place in Delhi to A friend's place in Gurgaon and estimated fare was around ***/- INR.
After some time, during the ride, the cab driver's phone battery got exhausted and it got switched off. Now, without navigation, the driver took us from many unknown roads and dropped us after **-** mins of delay. Because the driver's phone was switched off, he couldn't end the trip after dropping me.
The tripped continued for god knows how long and when he ended the trip( Finally) I got charged for the whole extra distance and time which happened due to lack of professionalism and carelessness of driver.
Tldr: I got charged extra because driver was unable to end the trip due to his phone getting switched off mid ride.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
