Hey sir,
I have booked my room from agoda on * july in limited time offer for * july **** - * july **** and my booking id is ********* at amount of *** but when i reached my hotel oyo ***** hotel mannat they just denied and say we will not give in that amount i told them that i have confirmation note but they just denied and ask ***rs more for the same . At that moment i have no option but to pay extra . I was charged totally wrong and the staff was very rude. Please do something and refund my money as soon as possible . I have attach both confirmation note and extra paying screenshot .
