Shailesh Joshi filed complaint against PayTM on Jan 11, 2018
As given in the paytm app send money has a offer of cashback on sending money to friends or paying bill and is stated that the cashback will be refunded in ** minutes but no cashback was awarded and when i called them my call was disconnected *times and third time they said that it's only for lucky winners but they have not atated anywhere about this lucky winner or any other such type terms and conditions. so, it's my humble request to take a strict action against them.
