I had placed an order for OnePlus * on **th May. There was an offer of **** Rs cashback by **th August if we make the payment with SBI debit card. But still I have not received the cashback and when I called the customer service, they declined the cashback saying that we are not eligible for the offer.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
