I tried booking a flight ticket with the code FLYFREE and when i applied the code i got a notification in Paytm like **** cashback will be credited on successful transaction , which i didn't got in ** hours time frame which they promised.Later when i reached customer care they were saying Terms and conditions got changed overnight we at Paytm have the right to change it at any time. I said him then why your website given false information and made me book the ticket.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
