I ordered an iPhone SE **GB (Gold) on April ** (Order No : **********), at the time of order there was a cashback of **** rs associated with this product. The product got delivered but I did not get the cashback, so I connected with Paytm team but they are simply denying saying like there was no cashback associated with this. I tweeted them as well, but they are now saying you didn't select the cash back option. This is like open cheating. We trust this site and now they are taking advantage of this.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
