Talkcharge - cashback not received

Hi, as i have seen one post about adding money to the wallet and they will credit cashback in my wallet. its ** hrs passed and mailed them several time. i havent received my cashback yet. after that i tried my money which was added in the wallet. because it was bit amt **** rs. i did recharge on that also they dint provide me cashback. as the terms and condition says to make a payment through netbanking or debit/credits cards so i am not eligible. after this i asked the guy to transfer back my wallet money to my bank ac if u are not providing any cashback on the money paid through wallet. he says there is no option of transferring money to ac now i want my money back but he deny please help.
