Cool Winks - Cashback not received

I have ordered a glasses and was eligible for cash back of rs **** on **th may **** date was confirmed by one of their executive before i place the order ( call recording of executive who confirmed before order is attached below ). When called on **th it was informed that cash back will be initiated after ** to ** hours. When i did not receive cash back after ** hours ie on **th may **** i called customer support and was informed to wait for ** hours again i.e till *nd june ****. Still i have not received the cash back. Executive called and told on *st that by *nd you will get it. Now in mail they are saying that it will not receive cashback because i am not eligible. They are saying this because they have not sent me the proper invoice. Invoice says * sunglasses where as i have ordered for one tested glasses
