I ordered a cellphone ( OPPO K* ) on ** July ****. There was an introductory scheme in which I will get a cashback of Rs **** as Amazon pay balance. Although the item was delivered next day till now I have not received my cashback. I contact the customer care probably *-* times but every time they say that they have escalated my issue to concern team. Thrice the time frame of waiting has been over till now. No action has been taken till now. It does not matter of money but I am surprised to see this type of service by Amazon.
I am very disappointed and will never tell my friends to buy anything from Amazon especially if you are supposed to get any cashback.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
