Neeraj Kumar Kushwaha filed complaint against PayTM on Nov 15, 2018
I booked flight tickets from paytm via citibank for which i was supposed to get a cashback which i haven't received. So when I lodged a complaint on paytm customer care they told me that I made two transaction on **th Aug **** out of which one transaction got failed due to some reason in which i have applied the promo code and another one which got successful I haven't applied the promo code.
Now the issue is when i try to check both these transactions in my history I cannot find any promo codes in any of these transactions. I have informed the same to them but still no revert and instead now i cant even contact to their customer support as well.
Pathetic service by them.
