Tajuddin Shaikh filed complaint against PayTM on Dec 10, 2020
I made a credit card payment of Rs.**** through Paytm on *th December ****. The amount debited from my account but PayTM shows BILL PAYMENT FAILED. Immediately I contacted my source bank PNB and lodged the complaint they stated that I will receive complaint number on my registered mobile and it will take ** days to settle the issue. After waiting for * days again I contacted my bank on *th December **** to get the complaint number, but they denied to share complaint number. They are saying that complaint already lodged by me and wait for ** days. Kindly do the needful.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
