Ford - Car Roof defect

Sir, I have purchased Ford Eco sport in ****, from Noida dealer, after three years I have seen roof getting rusted.
I have complaint yo Ford customer care but there reply is not satisfactory, they said the warranty has be expired so they can’t do anything now.
It’s amazing that Ford India selling defective cars to there customers.
