Kia india - Car not delivered even after 4 months

I booked my kia sonet HTK Plus -*.*(MT) Petrol
,Black Car on **/**/**** from Aryaman kia Panipat
While booking the car the dealer/salesperson
said that the car will be delivered in *.* months
but still to be at the safe end they wrote **-**
weeks but they assured not worry as it's just a
formality to write extra period and the car will be
delivered in *.* months only.
But i has now been even more than **-**
weeks/*.* months, the car is still not delivered
to us and wherever we are contacting them
either they are giving us the options to buy
other colors/ variants which we don't want and
when we ask for our model, they say that they
have no idea about that.
I have even contacted company regarding the
same, even they are responding to it.
Please provide a prompt solution to this.
