Kia india - Car not delivered by Shreenath KIAAdajan after more than 28 weeks

I have booked KIA SONET HTK GREY dated **.**.**** from Shreenath Kia Adajan Surat Gujarat after paying Rs **,*** booking amount. I was informed waiting period of ** weeks in writing. Till date even after ** weeks my car yet not delivered. Every time team members of KIA Adajan have given fake commitments to deliver car including General Manager Sales. Even after nearly *** days of booking Company is asking **-** days more to deliver car. Total * months period since booking. Meanwhile from **.**.**** Company has increased car price i.e. after *** days of booking. My waiting period was *** days. So because of Company fault i have to bare financial loss. Shreenath KIA Adajan team have never communicated proper waiting number & given a lot of mental harassment. My existing car i want to sell after getting new car. However due to delay by KIA my existing car salable value also getting decreased day by day. I want compensation.
